Before the days of fully-developed frameworks for 3D in Flash (like Papervision, Alternativa, or even Flash’s own Stage3D), I found a couple of basic ActionScript 2.0 3D classes on the web that I hacked and customized. I then created an interface to interact with a simple 3D cube. Used as an experiment to expand on some of my coding capabilities, I gradually added a few more features over time, but eventually abandoned this project. Therefore, it is a bit rough around the edges. But, from what I learned and developed here, I was able to use in a couple of later work projects.
